The Juniper Motel is made up of two buildings – Maple & Birch – at the north end of Maple Street in Greenville, ME – right on the shore of Moosehead Lake!
For driving directions the Maple Building is located at 8 N Maple St and the Birch Building is located at 12 N Birch St.
The Juniper Motel operates without an office. Similar to vacation home rentals, guests are able to self check in. Each room has an unique door code that will be shared with guests once their room is ready!
Check in is at 3pm.
Check out is at 10am.
The Juniper Motel has four dog friendly rooms in our Maple Building. Owners are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their pet(s). Dogs are required to remain on leash while on property, can not be left unattended and waste must be cleaned up and disposed of promptly. Guests are responsible for any and all damages.
Respectful noise levels should be maintained at all times. Noise disturbance complaints due to excessive barking may result in a canceled booking for pet owners who fail to address behavior.
Yes! Guests have direct access to boating and snowmobiling right from the motel. Boat and dock slip rentals are available through Boom Chain Boat Rentals. Reservations can be make online at www.boomchainboatrentals.com
Guests may cancel a reservation for a full refund up to 2 weeks prior. Anytime within 2 weeks, the deposit will be lost. Reservations can be rescheduled up to 2 days prior – if available. Once rescheduled, a reservation can not be canceled for a refund. No shows will be charged the full amount.
Absolutely not. Smoking is not allowed on property – including all rooms, balconies, decks and docks. An additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking odors or residue.
Absolutely! A pack-n-play, high chair and stroller are available upon request.
Yes! Dock slip rentals are available on property through Boom Chain Boat Rentals. Reservations are required and can be make online at www.boomchainboatrentals.com.
Yes! There is limited parking available for boat, ATV and snowmobile trailers on site.
